Good day everyone. Back in the beginning of August I heard a word followed by a vision. Here it is. I heard the word “ford.” Then I saw a rushing of mighty water down stream. Impressed that this ford will not be there forever. The time to cross over is now. To a new time, new direction, or to start/do what you have been called to do.

The first thing I did was look up the definition of ford. It is a shallow place in a river or stream where you of this are that this ford will not be there forever.can cross over. when I read that I pictured the Israelites crossing over the Red Sea. They left Egypt and crossed over to a new beginning. To inherit a land that God told Abraham about. But as you know , the Israelites had a problem with letting go of the past. Taking 40 years to see the fulfillment of God’s word to Abraham.

So, when we read this we should be encouraged. Though its easy to focus on ourselves at this point, our focus needs to be on God. After all it’s Him who has told /shown us the path ahead. We are to go and do His work. Bringing Him glory, honor and praise. If you need a reminder just ask Him.

At this point I will say that my thoughts of this are that this ford will not be there forever. Though I mentioned this before, It’s important to remember. For the time is short and God is moving now. Whether its to build up the saints or preach the good news, we need to be obedient for Him. not to mention that as we are doing this we will see Him move in their lives as well as ours.

I ask that you read and share this with others. Praying for direction and understanding of what it means for you. Remember that there is no glory if we ignore and sit still. He may not be asking for much, but he is still asking.
